With nearly 20 years of experience, Kimberley has had the privilege of working as a crisis counsellor, holistic practitioner, and therapist. She is passionate about mind-body approaches to healing, and specializes in supporting adults experiencing anxiety, chronic stress, relationship challenges, and trauma-related symptoms such as emotional overwhelm, numbness, hypervigilance, irritability, insomnia, disconnection, and shame. These symptoms often reflect how our bodies try to keep us safe, and can feel so ingrained that they seem like part of who we are.

Through a combination of balancing the nervous system and exploring factors such as family history, culture, spirituality, oppression, health, and past experiences, these symptoms and patterns can soften over time. As they do, you may start to feel lighter, more aligned, and more connected.

Her approach is collaborative, culturally-affirming, and grounded in neuroscience. In sessions, Kimberley uses mindfulness-based strategies, narrative therapy, somatic approaches, EMDR, and anti-oppressive practices to support you as you move towards your goals.

I am Anysha a registered social worker, psychotherapist, and community researcher with over eight years of experience in supporting young people through life’s challenges. My work centres Black youth and adults as they navigate identity, intergenerational trauma, school and family stress, and systemic oppression. I bring an emotion-focused, relational, and anti-oppressive approach to therapy, grounded in a warm and collaborative presence.

Clients can expect a space that feels affirming and connected. I use humour, curiosity, and active listening to build trust and ease the pressure that therapy can sometimes bring. My goal is to support clients in identifying patterns, deepening self-awareness, and moving toward more authenticity, values, and aligned living. In addition to my work with youth, I have specialized experience in perinatal mental health. During my clinical training at Women’s College Hospital, I supported parents navigating infertility, pregnancy loss, postpartum transitions, and evolving family dynamics. Whether with a teenager sorting through school and peer dynamics or an adult facing grief or change, I aim to meet each person with care, clarity, and intention.
